My stay at Mantra Terrace Brisbane had some notable ups and downs. While I appreciated the budget-friendly pricing and the visually appealing hotel, I found the room to be quite small, lacking amenities like a desk. Additionally, the parking situation was a hassle. Overall, it was decent for a short stay, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
The room was visually nice but small and lacked storage. I found the absence of a desk awkward, and the tiny balcony would only fit one person comfortably.
Service was mixed. While the staff were friendly, I did experience some delays with the lifts and cleanliness issues during my stay. Housekeeping only serviced the room every four days, which was inconvenient.
The hotel's location was quite convenient, being near Central Station and within walking distance to the shopping district. However, it was an uphill walk, which might be a consideration for some guests.
Breakfast options included simple bacon and eggs, which were satisfactory but didn't offer much variety. Dining details could definitely use more options.
Facilities included the basics, but I did find the slow lifts and limited housekeeping to be quite frustrating during my stay.

My stay at Mantra Terrace Brisbane had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, especially being close to the CBD and shopping areas, but I experienced some hiccups during my stay. The room was visually appealing, but cleanliness was a concern-especially with sand found in my bed. Overall, it was decent value for money, but there's room for improvement.
The room I stayed in was visually pleasing, though I found it a bit small and not as clean as I hoped, especially with sand in the bed and no clean sheets provided.
The staff were generally friendly, but the check-in experience was frustrating due to a misunderstanding about my reservation. I felt that better communication was needed.
The hotel's location is a huge plus, being within walking distance to the shopping district and close to the Central Station, making it easy to get around.
Breakfast options were good, but I had a bit of a hassle checking what was included in my room rate.
The facilities were decent, but the parking situation was a bit of a pain since it was across the road and round the corner.

I had a pretty mixed experience at Mantra Terrace Brisbane. The location is solid, close to Central Station and shopping areas, which was convenient. However, cleanliness was lacking, and I was disappointed to find some of the amenities, like housekeeping, weren't as expected. The staff were friendly, but I felt they could have been more helpful with my concerns.
The room was cozy, but too small for what I paid, and cleanliness issues really stood out. I found stains on the carpet and even a cockroach, which didn't help the overall vibe.
The reception staff were nice, but I encountered a few bumps regarding my booking and housekeeping that left me feeling frustrated.
I really liked the location; it's near Central Station and close to the shopping district, which was handy for me.
There were no dining facilities available during my stay, which was a bummer, especially as a solo traveler not wanting to venture out alone at night.
The amenities were a letdown; I expected more from a hotel that advertised such features. I also had issues with the bathroom standard, which wasn't great.

My stay at Mantra Terrace Brisbane had its ups and downs. While the location was great and the staff (mostly) friendly, I encountered some issues with service and the condition of my room. Overall, I appreciated the clean environment but was disappointed with the lack of space and some amenities.
The room was clean, but it felt cramped. One side of the small double bed was awkwardly wedged against the window, and I found the pillows too soft for my liking. Also, I noticed some strange smells which affected my comfort.
The majority of the staff were really friendly and professional, but I had a rather unpleasant experience at the front desk with a staff member who was quite abrupt. His attitude left a negative impression on me.
I loved the hotel's proximity to the city center. It was just a short walk away, making it super convenient for exploring. Plus, being near Central Station was an added bonus for my travels.
I enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the fresh unlimited pancakes. It was a nice way to start my day (I couldn't resist having seconds!).
The hotel had decent facilities, but I felt the room could have been better equipped. I was hoping for more space to unpack without making the bed dirty, but overall, everything was sufficient.

I had a solid stay at Mantra Terrace Brisbane, where the location was a major plus, being close to the CBD and Central Station. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience more enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the limited breakfast options and the absence of certain facilities like a gym or pool, which some might find lacking.
The room I stayed in was decent, featuring a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. However, I would have preferred a bit more space as it felt a tad cramped at times.
The staff provided great service and were genuinely friendly, ensuring that I felt welcomed during my stay.
The hotel was in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the train station and shopping district. It made exploring Brisbane so convenient (especially being close to all the cool spots).
I missed having a good breakfast option at the hotel (the previous management had a great breakfast), but luckily, there were plenty of nice cafes nearby to grab a bite.
The hotel facilities were a bit limited, with no pool or gym available, which is something to consider if those amenities are important to you.
